Dwane R. Boucher, Fallbrook CA. Graduate CSULB (1980). Retired from USAF and USAF Reserves after 28 years aboard C-130, C-141, and C-17 aircraft. Also retired as B-787 Captain after working 24 years for a major airline. I have 6 children, and 10 Grandchildren. Avocations include flying, archaeology, humanitarian aid, and youth programs. Funniest H.S. memory was when "streaking was a thing" and - an obviously male - student sped his motorcycle across campus, only wearing a full-faced helmet, and impressively restraining a "happy to see you" manhood salute.

I live in Austin Texas. I have one son and one grandson which are my happy place. I work at a medical spa. Love reading and working out!!

After graduation, I attended UC Santa Cruz and UC Berkeley before graduating from San Diego State University with a degree in Business Administration. Yes, three schools in four years!
I then spent three years traveling the world and skiing before returning to Southern California. In 1983, I joined my family’s produce business, Frieda’s, Inc., where I built a long career, eventually owning and running the company with my sister. In 2023, we sold the company, and I am now happily retired.
I met my husband Doug through the produce business, and our first date was a 60-mile bike ride around the Palos Verdes Peninsula. Three weeks later, we decided to get married. This September, we will celebrate our 40th anniversary.
Our son Frankie and his wife Stephanie live in Boston, and our daughter Rachel, her husband George, and our granddaughter Charlotte live in Perth, Western Australia.
In my “free time,” I serve on several boards, mentor young women in the produce industry, am an avid LA Galaxy soccer fan, and continue to travel, including hiking Machu Picchu and completing the 800 km Camino de Santiago across Spain.
I’m looking forward to reconnecting and comparing notes on all the unexpected paths life has taken us on.
